How treatment works

From the first message back to your routine – with a clear plan at every stage.

  1. Get in touch

Send a WhatsApp message or book online. A short chat helps us understand what's bothering you and set a time – at the clinic or at home.

  2. Assessment

We talk about your pain, history and goals, then assess movement, strength and the tasks you find hard. You leave with a clear explanation and a plan.

  3. Treatment & exercise

One-on-one sessions – about an hour at the clinic, about 45 minutes at home: hands-on treatment, exercise with clinic equipment and a short home program.

  4. Follow-up

We re-check strength, movement and the activities that matter to you, and adjust the plan until you're back to work, sport and daily life.

Treatment methods

Tools are chosen based on the assessment and your goals – always with an explanation. Active exercise is the foundation; hands-on and supporting tools help you progress.

  • Graded strengthening

Strength, stability and movement control with clinic equipment and body weight, progressed according to how your body responds.

  • Manual therapy

Joint mobilisations and soft-tissue techniques to ease pain and stiffness and make exercise more comfortable.

  • Range of motion & stretching

Restoring movement after injury, surgery or immobilisation, at a pace guided by pain and healing stage.

  • PNF

Diagonal movement patterns with resistance and hands-on guidance to improve control, coordination and strength.

  • Balance & stability

BOSU and unstable-surface training for ankle, knee and core stability – and to prevent falls and re-injury.

  • Electrotherapy (TENS)

Mild electrical stimulation through skin electrodes for pain relief or muscle activation – a complement to exercise.

  • Kinesio taping

Flexible tape that supports an area without restricting movement, used alongside treatment.

  • Home program

A short, clear exercise plan between sessions, plus advice for work, sleep and training.

About me

Roded Omer, licensed physiotherapist (B.P.T)

I graduated from Ariel University in 2022 and hold a physiotherapy license from the Israeli Ministry of Health. I work in orthopedic and sports rehab, post-surgery rehab and care for older adults. I previously worked at Clalit Health Services and at a private clinic, and today I see patients at the HaImunia complex in Petah Tikva and on home visits.

For about four years I worked with the Hapoel Petah Tikva and Hapoel Kfar Saba football clubs, guiding players through injury, rehab and return to play. I bring the same approach to every patient: clear goals, simple strength and movement tests, and moving on only when your body is ready.

I'm also a capoeira and acrobatics instructor, with more than 20 years of training and 15 years of teaching – which taught me to explain movement simply and adapt exercise to any age and level. I speak English, Portuguese and Hebrew.
